PYRAMIDAL CIRCULAR THERAPY

by Conso Gontán

Pyramidal Circular Therapy is a treatment process aimed at improving a person’s physical, mental, and emotional health.

Its goal is the emotional independence of the individual through self-understanding and self-awareness. It enables the release from unconscious patterns that limit life. It promotes the transformation of thought patterns, behaviors, and interpersonal relationships.

Through Pyramidal Circular Therapy, you can get to know yourself better and understand how you relate to the world through your senses, thus building your personal perception. This is the path that leads you to freedom, to breaking through limits, and to making yourself a priority—supporting personal development and elevating your life to unimaginable levels of fulfillment and satisfaction.

It enhances cognitive restructuring and self-regulation, paving the way for unexpected growth. The individual’s human potential opens up toward self-actualization.

I created Pyramidal Circular Therapy (PCT) based on my professional and personal experience. After years of working with people from all over the world, I developed my own method, which now has proven and recognized validity. Thanks to this approach, many clients—almost all—now enjoy life with full awareness, where every second matters and creates the next.

With Pyramidal Circular Therapy (PCT) as a tool, we analyze how interactions between people generate repetitive behavioral patterns.

It becomes clear that thoughts, emotions, words, and beliefs are connected to one’s environment and relationships.

Some patterns are reinforced and perpetuated. Instead of blaming one person, the focus is on understanding the problem within the system of relationships in which it occurs, starting from one’s own responsibility.

Pyramidal Circular Therapy breaks dysfunctional cycles by introducing new forms of interaction. It does this by following a hierarchy of different levels and by also analyzing power and dynamics within a system.

It also refers to a progressive and ascending model, in which each level represents a stage of psychological and emotional evolution:

self-knowledge, emotional management, social and relational skills, life purpose and meaning, self-actualization, and completeness, wholeness.

Remember that the therapy and I are only tools—the real power is within you.

You don’t need to be more—you only need to be yourself.

You have power over your mind, not over events; choose how to live them.

You can only give others what you can give to yourself.

Your inner work is the most precious gift you can offer to the world.
